Aniket Verma, born on February 5, 2002, in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, grabbed headlines after scoring a stunning century against Karnataka’s Under-23 team in the Men’s Under-23 One Day Inter-State tournament, organized by the BCCI.
He also made a strong impact in the All-India Buchi Babu Invitational Tournament in Tamil Nadu, where he smashed another brilliant century.
Aniket showcased his talent in the Madhya Pradesh Premier League (MPPL) by scoring 244 runs in just 5 matches. His impressive average of 61 and a remarkable strike rate of 205.4 made him one of the top youngsters in the tournament.
